We practice independently and we each have our own style of working. We are adaptable, adjusting the style of therapy to the needs of the client and stage of the process. Some of us work mainly from a psychodynamic or humanistic orientation whereas others offer a more structured, cognitively- or behaviorally-oriented approach.
